WELCOME
Throughout
our menu you will notice the frequent use of the words
“fresh”, “in-house”, and “housemade”. You’ll see fresh
vegetables, meats roasted in-house, and housemade
dressings, soups, sauces and gravies.
We take great pride in using fresh meats, fish, seafood
and vegetables - not processed, pre-packed or frozen.
We hand cut our steaks in-house.
We slow roast whole turkeys, corned beef, ribs and top
round sirloin in-house.
We cut and prepare whole fresh fish in-house.
We make our own salad dressings, croutons, fresh cut
French fries, sauces and gravies daily, in-house.
For example, our Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad has fresh cut
corn from the cob, not canned or frozen.
You can taste the difference.
Our Weekend Dinner Specials are fresh, different and
creative.
